Dear Catherine and Vincent,
I wish you a happy anniversary in a simple but direct manner: a letter, as the ones you were accustomed to write some time ago. Now they aren’t used anymore but they are the eternal way to keep all our good memories alive.
I’m Nelly and I’m representing a different world from the one below, the one above and the one beyond: your fans’ world. People coming from all over the planet whom you are an inspiration for and whom you have been a life lesson for. In bad times we were watching you through your eyes and perceived strength, courage, and love. In good times it was like we were there with you sharing your happiness.
Today we keep talking about you in different ways: stories, artworks, drawings, art crafts, conventions, discussions, online events. A great family, as you have always taught us.
Catherine, Vincent showed you your strength, courage, and sensitivity by healing your internal scars.
Vincent, Catherine showed you are a man and encouraged you not to hide from what you really are beyond the physical aspect, that is just appearance. “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye” – from “The little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
You are two wonderful souls with two powerful hearts beating in our stories, drawings, art crafts, conventions, discussions. In all of us. For all our lives and forever!
