ALTERED EPISODES … EXPANDED

For our April 2025 Challenge, we asked writers to choose an episode title, change one word in it, and write a brief description to show how the ep’s storyline now has a very different focus from the original.

The submissions were so good that many readers felt the altered episode scenarios should be expanded into complete stories. Our talented fanfic writers responded by creating clever, humorous, and romantic stories that take our beloved BatB characters and their worlds in many different, sometimes surprising directions.

As always, our great thanks to all the writers who took on this challenge and did it so well, and to everyone who visits CABB New Chambers. Your enthusiasm and support make everything more enjoyable for everyone!

In mid-July, watch for the announcement of our annual September 25th Challenge. We’d love to welcome back our wonderful family of writers and to add first-time CABB Challenge contributors to the group!
