Even the pipes are resting today, only the sound of the subway disturbs this bliss. Reduced stress, friendly glances; every resident immersed in quiet reflection…
And behind the stained glass window in a private chamber…
Soulmates relish a moment of rest from their duties and the hurry; whispering meaningful words. A deep love burns within them, the rush of hands, a sweet thrill; invisible sparks. Sometimes a sigh escapes their lips, covered by a kiss. “Shh… let it remain a quiet day.”

Beautiful! I think I’m going to institute Quiet Day in my own home. No TV, no radio, no extraneous noise. Enjoying quiet activities like reading, crocheting, and my particular favorite — NAPPING!
