Feverish

Vincent wakes up in a cabin on a ship. It’s a captain’s cabin and he is in an outfit from the 1700s minus shoes/boots. Jamie calls out and she enters, looking like a cat in a fringed outfit that Native tribes used to wear, with a crossbow in hand. Vincent has a headache and doesn’t quite understand what is happening, but he notices most of the crew either look like him or fairy folk. They land in New York City. Is he to start a new life here? Making homes in tunnels under a city filled with humans, fairies, and elves? Catherine is human, but is this another reality? Is this a fever dream?

Sneezing

Catherine and Vincent have settled down to a life as a couple. After taking time to nurse and take care of herself and her child after her second pregnancy, Catherine and Vincent are ready to have some bedroom fun. But, after each intimate moment, she has a sneezing fit that goes on for a few minutes. And this sneezing keeps occurring each time they have their private “fun”. Is this a result of a change in her body because of the second pregnancy and birth? Didn’t happen the first time. Or is it mental? They must find out.

Terrible Migraine

Catherine is fully ready to go back to steamy with Vincent after the birth of their first child and a few weeks of recovery. But, on the first night they planned to enjoy their chance to have an intimate moment, Catherine gets a migraine. It ruins their chance. Thereafter, every night they have scheduled to engage in “adult” behavior, she gets those darn migraines.

Vincent is beginning (due to his insecurity) to think she is using that as an excuse. Father thinks she has a psychological issue with maybe getting pregnant again. Thank Goddess she went to see Dr. Peter and found out that a woman’s body goes through changes after pregnancy and birth. And the reason is something that can be taken care of…or can it?

Nor Iron Pipes a Cage

Pascal loves his pipes, yet one day he realizes that he is…bored?  His pipe chamber feels like a cage he must escape. But what does he want to do to bring excitement into his life? He doesn’t want to go Above. Then he reads a book in Father’s library about Scotland and it comes to him. He will take up bagpipes.

To Reign in Heaven

Vincent and Catherine finally got a chance to go to that special lake house in Connecticut on a Halloween night. Hoping no one is around, they settle in after a wonderful, intimate, playful night. Then they both dream the same dream and share the dream as they sleep. They wake up to see angels all around them and Narcissa taking the place of St. Peter as she brings them to various “heavenly places.” A picnic in Central Park, a chance to go visit the Statue of Liberty, to get ice cream, to eat in a restaurant, all during the day (and no one looked twice).

Ozzy

Jamie, for some strange reason, hears on the radio heavy metal musician Ozzy Osbourne and his song from his album Bark at the Moon called Rock N’ Roll Rebel, and loves it. Soon, she is dressed in black leather and hippie pants. Now, besides the crossbow, she wants to play the electric guitar.

A Happy Wife

It finally happened. Catherine is married to Vincent. But all is not blissful, as they got married on Halloween (arranged by Brigit) by a Druid Priestess in Central Park. (Brigit surprised them with the Priestess and they thought, why not?) Is the marriage even legit, and if not, so what?  But Father catches them about to enjoy themselves in Vincent’s chamber. Of course, he disapproves of what they were about to do. They explain they are married. Father is not happy and doesn’t want them to tell the community they are “married.” But, Mouse overhears and the word is spread around.

The Rest is Steamy

Vincent and Catherine, with the help of Mouse, find a somewhat safe chamber, close to the community, that they can use for that special alone together time after their joining ceremony.  Vincent and Catherine set up the chamber with roses and some chilled champagne before the ceremony. After the ceremony, as they walk hand in hand to their “private chamber” for the honeymoon, Mouse runs up to them and tells them that he also added something to the chamber. A gift to make it fun. He scampers away. What did he leave? When they get to the chamber, they notice two lava lamps on a table, next to the roses.
